Eggless gulab jamun:

Ingredients

Powder milk 3 cups
Self-rising flour 1 cup
Semolina 1 tsp heaped
Tetra pack cream 1 ½ cup to kneed

Ingredients for sheera

Sugar 3 cups
Water 4 cups
Green cardamom crushed 3
Saffron ½ tsp

Method for sugar syrup

Mix sugar, water, green cardamom crushed and saffron in a pan, cook on medium flame till sugar is dissolved, the syrup should not be thick, cool slightly.

Method for dough

In a large bowl, mix powder milk, self-rising flour, semolina, add in cream, mix lightly to form the mixture into a dough. Heat oil for deep frying, grease your hands with some oil and make balls of the dough and fry on low flame until golden, add balls to the syrup and cook for 5 to 8 mins covered, while frying be careful that the oil should not be very hot.


Tandoori chicken shawarma:

Ingredients

Boneless chicken breasts 3
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cinnamon power ¼ tsp
Hp sauce 3 tbsp
Chili sauce ¼ tbsp
Yogurt ¼ cup
Method
Give cuts on chicken breasts, marinate with all the other ingredients for 1 hour, pan fry or grill in 2 tbsp oil, when tender, remove from fire and cut into small pieces.
Method for sauce
Tahina paste 3 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt pinch
Black pepper pinch
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Method for sauce
Mix all together.
Other ingredients
Pita bread 4 to 6
Finely chopped salad leaves
Pickle cucumber as required
Jalapeno sliced as required
Onion sliced as required
Carrot 1
Beetroot ` 1
Olives to serve

Tahiri:

Ingredients

Oil ½ cup
Onion 1 sliced
Fenugreek seeds ½ tsp
White cumin seeds 1 tsp
Whole spices mixed 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Whole green chilies 3
Tomatoes chopped 2
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 2 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Potatoes 2 cut into cubes
Peas 1 cup
Rice ½ kg

Method

Heat oil fry sliced onion add methi dana, white cumin seeds, mixed whole spices, ginger garlic paste, whole green chilies, all dry seasoning with chopped tomatoes and fry well. Add cubes of potatoes, peas and 2 cups water. Cover and cook till potatoes tender
